Education is the name of the game. There is simply no greater tool in lifting people out of poverty. Because San Juan County, UT deals with the highest rate of poverty in the state of Utah, education is
critically important to help the area. The San Juan Foundation tackles poverty's persistent problems from various angles with an array of effective and proven educational programs.
Volunteer Opportunities
We LOVE our volunteers and they are always needed! If you want to tutor some students, help maintain our historic sites, provide cultural activities, work on trails, etc. please let us know! We would love to put your time and energy to good use.
