GEAR UP is a federal grant program that assists low-income students with tutoring and mentoring services and takes them on college campus tour trips. GEAR UP staff encourages students to increase their GPA, graduate from high school and move onto higher education by aiding in the college admissions process and mentoring them through their first year of college.

Village sites for the Paiute, Ute, Navajo, Hispanics and Pioneers have been built on a beautiful trail system around the San Juan Foundation Office. These villages are used to teach about the different groups that have inhabited the area. They are open to schools field trips, the general public and tourists all-free of charge.
By partnering with the Department of Workforce Services, the San Juan Foundation offers programs in five locations for 7th through 12th graders. Students receive personalized tutoring during after school hours. Transportation is provided by the San Juan School District.
Equal Opportunity Center (EOC) is an organization to assist adults in going back to school and continuing their education.
